Access to the website
Whilst we endeavour to keep the website available 24 hours a day, essential maintenance and systems failure beyond our control may mean that the system is unavailable for periods of time. Updates to groups may take up to 3 working days to process, comments on blog posts are moderated may take up to 48 hours to be published.
CommunitySpaceBook is free to use for community groups and charities who wish to advertise their groups and spaces in the Directory. Organisers can follow a simple process to add their group’s details to the site.
A group will be listed or advertised on the Directory until it is reviewed by the CSB administrator or the organiser asks for it to be deleted from the site.
As descriptions of groups are provided by organisers, CommunitySpaceBook cannot take responsibility for errors or omissions in any of the directory listings provided. We will, however, be happy to correct or delete listings upon request.
We encourage people to join in on CommunitySpaceBook by commenting on blog posts and rating both blog posts and community group entries in the directory. This can be done by using the forms and rating stars on the website. Details about yourself, including email address, are used to administer content on the site and will not be passed on to any third party.
Comments and group information are subject to checking and moderation and so may incur a delay prior to publication.
CommunitySpaceBook is an inclusive community and welcomes all users and their opinions. However, this is a privately owned site and offensive or spam content will be deleted.
CommunitySpaceBook receives no independent funding and we wish to keep it free to use for users and groups and without placing annoying adverts within the pages. However, from time to time we may post articles or reviews on products which we believe provide good value to our readers.
We may we use an affiliate link within an article or review and if readers click on that link and subsequently make a purchase, then CommunitySpaceBook will receive a payment which will help cover costs for running the site. All such affiliate links will be denoted with an asterisk such as Affiliate-Link*
We would like our users to value the reviews and opinions posted on the site and not to feel we are led by commission. To maintain our impartiality we will invite feedback on reviews and also link to other products we feel are useful to our users even if we do not receive an affiliate fee. These links will simply be normal links denoted as Normal-Link.

We will only collect and store personal data such as name and email address to allow operation of website content. Your privacy is important to us and your personal data as visitor or organiser will not be shared with other organisations.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers which are based in the UK.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use appropriate procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
